Ridiculous, these people advertise a free credit report, I object as it's underhanded what they do to get someone's credit card number as well as personal information and begin charging their card monthly. Then I get an apology and am supposed to accept it? No way, not until they stop this false advertising. These people need to be put out of business as it's possible to get THREE actually free credit reports from the major credit agencies yearly.
Trustlink was quick to respond, however I do NOT agree that a simple apology suffices when they're not changing their fraudulent practices.
