My disabled father just called me to let me know he thinks he was scammed by this company. A rep contacted him a few months ago and promised a lower interest rate and that they would take care of everything. My father believed them and sent a check for $595, which has been cashed. However he did not receive any documentation in the mail. He tried calling them back today to check in on the progress, but the number is now no longer in service.
I just looked up the company on the internet and came across this site.
Has anyone had any success in getting their money back or suggestions on how to do so?
