Samantha, I would like to thank God for sending you into our lives and thank you for representing us in a very professional manner in regards to my loan modification with National City Mortgage. You and the USA Mortgage Aid staff were very courteous, informative, and pleasant in every way. I was very skeptical, but you constantly assured me that we could be helped, and you even went the extra mile to call me on a weekly basis to keep me informed on my case. Again, thank you for a job well done and please know that I will highly recommend USA Mortgage Aid to others in the future.
