My booking reservation meant absolutely nothing. PrimeTime Shuttle said their van would be in the area ready to collect me within 15 minutes. Upon arrival at LAX they informed me it would about 20 minutes. After 45 minutes they said it would be at least another 20 minute wait but couldn't confirm it because there was no one else to combine for my direction (Redondo Beach). They didn't commit to their reservation and my flight was on time. My travel time to LAX was 15 hours so of course I was tired. Finally I ordered from them a private transport which cost me $ 66. A normal taxi without reservation would have been probably cheaper and easier. Their website is extremely misleading.
