Recently, my wife booked Prime Time Shuttle to get us to the airport for a weekend getaway. We have used them a couple of times in the past. Our driver picked us about 10 minutes after our pick up time, but they say to allow a 15 minute window either way, so it was still okay. As we were driving to the airport, my wife got out the paperwork for our flight and realized that she had the flight time wrong! Our flight was actually departing an hour earlier than we thought!!
We explained the situation to our driver, and even though it was totally our fault, he was really cool about the whole thing. He had one other person to pick up, but when he did he explained to them our situation and asked the other passenger if it would be okay with them if he dropped us off first. The other person actually had time to spare and said it was fine with him.
I have lived in LA for 20 years, but the back roads this driver took I have never seen in my life! I was wishing I could remember them all so that I could get around the freeways the way he was. We were at the airport in no time and made it to our flight! Thank you Prime Time!! You saved us.
