Buyers BEWARE

Marlene, the owner, is rude, unresponsive, and unaccommodating. In response to a very simple, legitimate request, I got a "NO" - in all caps - written reply. The turn around time is atrocious. And now I'm afraid I won't receive the final product because I've read so many complaints about orders either arriving late or not arriving at all. Wish I had done my homework before ordering from this company. Buyers please beware.
