Billing and customer service concern

Once I explained my issue, the BBB got involved very quickly. The company, came to a better understanding of the issue. With this understanding, we were able to reach a conclusion in very little time. I commend their fast response to the BBB, and more importantly, I want to thank them for taking action. I do feel that they attempted to right the wrong. While I fault no one person in this process, I feel this whole ordeal could have been avoided. The response may have been the best for me, I do hope that policies are reviewed, and that changes made. With proper review, I do feel most problems of this nature are eliminated. For their prompt response, I would use them again if I needed to.
