Freecreditreport.com did man up and refund our money when approached for a refund for not being clearly told we were being charged for services. Simply by adding a confirmation button, that "you are about to purchase a credit report for $30, would have prevented any confusion. But I am happy that they did refund our purchase price, and I can continue to enjoy their funny commercials.
