Dispute handled timely

I contacted the freecreditreport.com company to dispute the charges for their membership. The only negative is that in order to cancel (so they don't charge you monthly) is by calling their 800 number. I called the 800 number either the day of or day after to cancel; however, it never was. So when I called for request of refund per their guidelines they only could credit me one months unless you talk to the supervisor and he credited me an additional month. Still out of $60.00, I contact the BBB help me resolve the dispute. I contact BBB on May 22, 2012, which in turn contacted the company. I then received an email on May 24, 2012 stating that the funds would be returned and were in my account the next day. So I was very please how fast this processed took and how responsive the company was in the dispute and also returning the funds to me.
The only thing I would recommend to the company is that they make it away to cancel the subscription online and provide you with a confirmation number via email and a second form of communication.
