I am sorry if you ever have to call their customer service line! It is the WORST customer service ever! All I wanted to do was to cancel my membership, I was online with them for 30 minutes, listening over and over again about the great deals they could give me. The lady on the other end was aggressive and actually insulted me for not wanting to keep my membership. I waited another 10 minutes on hold for her to "deactivate" my membership. I seriously think she was just waiting for me to hang up so they could keep charging me. Absolutely atrocious. Will try my best to not ever have to do business with them again!
