My experience with Experian has been horrible. I have followed their automated directions for diputing inaccurate information with no success. They have never responded to any of my requests. I have called the 800 numbers they have for "help" and i have not been able to reach live human. Instead I get a recording that states "there are no operators available." Appearantly their haven't been any available for two months now. How can a company that holds so much influence over poeples lives not be required to adequately staff their departments to be able to service their customers?
