POOR SERVICE

My husband and I signed up for the service and I called to cancel it in December. I was paying for both mine and my husband's reports and wanted both cancelled. They charged me for two more month and I noticed it this month. I call again today and find out that they didn't cancel my husband's - only mine. I was told they would not refund anything because it was my fault the company didn't cancel my husband's reports. I argued and said I wanted to talk to her supervisor. I was put on hold for 15 min and she came back and said they would refund the Feb charge and 1/2 of the Jan charge. When I asked why not all of it, The agent also told me that all calls were recorded and that I didn't clearly explain to cancel my husband's report. First of all, I work in biz where calls are recorded and you don't get them back instantly so I know this is B.S. Secondly ,I also KNOW I said to cancel both reports and what kind of customer service is that. You can see that I called in to cancel one report and since your agent didn't do her job right, I PAY FOR IT??? 3) I have to argue with you and ask to speak to your supervisor to get any refund of a service I cancelled? NICE. GREAT SERVICE.
