Untrustworthy, do not follow through
|
I spent over an hour on the phone with this organization, giving them personal financial information, with someone who said that they would send me information about my options. she did not. i emailed her asking to send me the info...i emailed her again
and again. i left numerous phone messages. and i got no response--nothing! a waste of time, untrustworthy in the worst way...they prey on people who are calling them for help. go elsewhere.
