VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have had my creditscore.com account now for about 6 months and recently forgot my password so I called in and asked to reset it. that same day my account was charged the monthly fee of 12.95 which wasnt an issue until I found out my account was also cancelled this day. When I called to inquire on why it was cancelled they rep was very rude and even hung up on me. I would not recommend this to anyone.
