We've used Smartmove before and we switched over to Ct Credit a few years ago.
Smartmove does not allow us to run the report and We were a little skeptical about tenants are running the reports.
Also, CT Credit provides employment and landlord verification which Smartmove doesn't offer.
Their service is fast and efficient and gives us the information we need to make a decision on a tenant.
