As a first-time landlord I need a lot of help, and information. Finding this site and the ease of its use has filled that need. I have screened my first potential tenant and am relieved to find that I'm now armed with the information I need to make a well-informed decision.
The ability to speak with a customer service rep was the only reason I chose your company.The lady I spoke with was very nice and she was helpful every time I called.
