At our small property management company, we've been using Ctcredit.net for 13 years. We've used a couple other screening companies in the past, but what I like about them is it's from the bureau (so I trust the info) and not like smartmove we don't have
to wait for our prospective tenants to run their report.it's quick and easy to use. Also there's no subscriptions, which is nice, because we don't always need to screen tenants every month..
