I used the free trial and am returning the product.Very disappointed. First of all , it does not end up being free as you have to pay either the $2.95 or the $4.95 , depending on which ad you respond to. Then you have to pay a shipping charge to send it back. You only have 10 days to see if it actually works or you will be charged almost $98 !! -- every 45 days. Something I was using made my eyes burn: I thought it was this product so cancelled within the 10 day time frame and the burning has stopped. I would have liked to try it again to see if that was for sure what caused the burning, but needed to respond within the 10 days. I told the rep there that 10 days was not long enough to determine if it worked. His response was that the product was so high quality that one could see the difference within 2 or 3 days. Couldn't so am returning it. After reading the other reviews, I think I'm better get a return receipt!! Should have done my research first. I'm trying to get NO stars to register for the rating !!

Thank you for your correspondence. When dealing with an online retailer it's always wise to get a label receipt for any correspondence that takes place between you and a merchant you don't normally do business with. That your trying to get Trustlink to add a no star option to their page lends to your character and not our company.
