Horrible customer service

Bought unit and had it installed by a licensed a/c and electrical technicians. Unit worked for 2 days then started throwing a ch21 code. Had them come out and diagnose and the outdoor board went bad and wouldn't turn on fan. This company wants you to pay a technician hours to sit on hold with tech support to run through diagnostics they have already done. They will not help what so ever. Do not buy from this company.
