On 11/07/2019 I had installed a brand new 3 1/2 ton Payne AC Condenser made by Carrier installed by a professional AC Service company.
On 08/04/2020 the compressor went out. I hired a certified AC professional to troubleshoot the unit and filled out all the warranty paperwork with AC wholesalers who i bought the unit from online in Nov. of 2019. Acwholesalers said the unit was under their warranty and would contact Carrier to get the price of the part and get it ordered for us.
At first it was Acwholesalers fault for being slow. It was always 1-2 business days to get back to us. The emails we sent them always told us to do the steps we did to start the process all over again.
After calling 5 or 6 times in 2 weeks I asked for the number to contact Carrier to see what the program was. Acwholesalers informed me that they only contacted Carrier by email. I asked for the email address to talk to Carrier. They have not sent the email address yet. I asked to talk to the warranty dept or get their direct email address. They still haven't given either.
The AC went out on Aug. 4th and it is Sept. 4th and still no AC. I am a 73 year old 100% service connected Disabled Vet. I have double lung cancer and emphysema. I am on blood thinners and oxygen. I need AC to be able to breathe without problems. I have told this to ACWholsalers and still haven't gotten a response.
They Don't Care
