This is the ABSOLUTE worst company to do business with. I ordered a HVAC unit and I do understand the pandemic caused some of the problem but after observation of the reviews some problems have been common to this company and are just down right poor practice but in the end it leads me to not EVER want to recommend or do business with them in the future.
The customer service does not exist and even when you send a email you cannot get a response to help deal with the problem. They delayed shipment and I asked Paypal to get a refund but they started the case and then allowed them to finally deliver my unit a month later than originally agreed and when I tried to reach either of them.....no response. I have not unwrapped the package yet to see whether it was correct but the only part of this whole process that was good was the carrier. In all as I said before DO NOT SHOP with this company they are a NIGHTMARE if something goes wrong. I am sitting here in fear to open the package in case there is a problem because who do I turn to because Paypal SUCKS as well as AC wholesalers
