Stay away!

This is the most wretched company I have ever dealt with. They sent me a used mini split, when I paid for a new one and that was late. I have attempted to contact them 9x via email and 8 times via phone. Phone Wait times are over an hour, and email is non-responsive. STAY AWAY!
