5 business days & still not shipped my order!

Our AC is NOT working so excuse me if I seem grumpy. We ordered a new AC condenser and new coils on April 26. (Yup, I know that's Friday and apparently not counted as a business day). It is now now Thursday May 2nd and this order still has not shipped! I was not told they have a "processing" time of 3-4 business days or I would have never placed the order. In fact the salesman told me there were lots of both items in stock and it would ship out Monday or Tuesday morning. That would have been fine but almost 1 week has gone by and we'll have to sit through another weekend hot and PO'd.
I've called them everyday this week and yesterday the latest excuse was that "the only unit they had in warehouse was damaged" so a new one will be shipped from our other warehouse in Illinois. (the same warehouse that the salesman checked inventory and said no worries they have lots of both units in stock.
If I had not tried tracking the order and called them to give a good kick in the pants who knows when they might have gotten around to fulfilling this order?
I've even read the latest positive review posted here by "Bill" who ordered his furnace on Friday and got it wednesday so I feel like AC Wholesalers dropped the ball then gave me the run around. My experience is NOT worth the few hundred dollars savings!
