It's A Shame They Are Still In Business

Stay Clear of this company, I would have thought that after all the negative reviews that changes would be a priority for this company. I took my changes, and came out a looser. I ordered on line but at the checkout, there was an error in processing my order, I decided to call sales, and a gentleman told me there's no problem that, he will complete my order over the phone. I gave him my full name, credit card information, mailing and billing address and he gave me the total that was same as the online total. I expected an order number but he told me my confirmation and order number will be mailed to my email address which I never received. After a week plus, no confirmation email nor delivery of the ordered items, I called customer service , who could not locate anything about me, he transferred me to some department, I was told that such order does not exist. I could not believe my ears. I am wondering why this company is still in business. What a shame and my waste of time!
