POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Ordered an A/C condenser, evaporator core, new lines and condenser base on 5/29/18. All items showed to be in stock and would ship within 24 - 48 hours. After not receiving a tracking number after several days I called in to check the status. Was assured that the order would ship within 2 days. I called in a total of 4 times and each time was assured it would ship. The last time that I called was on Wednesday, 6/13/18 and spoke with a supervisor named Rafael. He was of absolute no help. He could not explain why the order has not shipped other than there was an issue with the shipping Dept. His advise for me was to cancel the order. I cancelled the order at that time. I have never dealt with a company with such disregard for customers.
