botched order

I order a ventilation van and about 15 min later I saw another model that would better fit my needs.
I called and asked to switch/ I was told my initial order was cancelled and that my new item was in stock and would ship ASAP. A couple of hours later i get an email saying the item i cancelled had shipped.
Called back ASAP and after a long series of holds i was told that the item had been recalled and that i would be getting a refund. Checked my CC online several days later and found I had been billed for both
and no refund on the first one. Got an additional email now telling me that they didn't have the second one I ordered and that it would not be shipped for 14 days, I cancelled that one as well as that item is easily available on numerous other sites Huge waste of time Hope I get my money back soon
These guys are completely disorganized and I would go elsewhere
