You think United Airlines has problems? The service reps at AC Wholesale (Louis all the way up to the top brass) will completely stonewall you and do not care about customer service or follow-up care. I called and emailed for almost two months, even asking for a compromise on the return of a faulty product. AC Wholesale, including the President, will not respond to your need regardless of your purchase history with them. THEY DO NOT CARE. If you are smart you will stay away from AC Wholesalers. As necessary, spend a little more with a company that will care about you won't leave you standing at the dance all alone!
