The customer service of this company is absolutely terrible! After having ongoing telecom issues on our toll free lines since the day we have had them ported, we finally got them ported back to our old vendor. They charged us and the old vendor was charging, the phones did not ring correctly. The whole company is a mess. I was speaking with the CEO, Bryan Martin personally for the past six months and they could not get it worked out. This was by far the absolute worst experience. I now have phones that are of no use to me, and no return calls! This is really amazing...
