Don't ever bother with this one of the worst quality services that I've ever had. But, if you want the worst call quality, slow response for technical problems or sometimes unable to fix your problem for weeks, and want to enjoy the headaches and frustraion, and finally want to lose money due to the problems, choose this company.
Our company has been a customer for 2 years. In short, we've been just waiting for the day that this 2 year contract expires. We've been suffering from fading sounds, some kind of thumping sound in outbound calls, call abandoned signals, non-working outbound 800 number calls, and finally non-working our inbound 800 number calls whchi is the crucial part of our business.
We've filed complaint to Better Business Bureau and want to spread the word to prevent any more victims like us. It's a shame that a company who offers this low quality service still practices in the U.S.
Do not bother! Just pass on. We're switching to another carrier thanks to the expiration date.
