Save yourself money and a huge headache by staying far far away from this company! If you show any signs of interest their sales people will call and call you until they have you hooked. After that you are on your own with their horrible service, rude customer service people, and technical service people that have little knowledge of their product. Sales will tell you how simple the phone system is, how easy it is to cancel within 30 days if you don't like it etc. I tried and tried to cancel but no one would return my calls (thank goodness I documented everything) so when we finally got our old system back, they said we would have to pay a cancellation fee because there was nothing to support that I wanted to cancel. Well DUH! How could there be when no one would return my calls? We hated the system because the sound quality was poor,it dropped calls,our clients couldn't hear us or we could not hear them, and not all the phones would ring so one or more people could not pick up calls.
Do not believe them when they blame your modem or your other service! And DO tell your other service you are switching services! They will tell you not to but there again that is how they make things even more difficult when you get fed up with their poor service and want your old service back! (tick tock that 30 days is going by!) Please please please do not let these people sucker you into their rotten game. It may be okay for a private residence but never for a business. Even for a residence they are not ethical so perhaps that is not a good idea either. OH, almost forgot--I asked where to send back their equipment and they don't want it back! HA shows how good their product is, they don't even want it.
