Run Away, Use Anyone Else, Unethical & Deceptive Practices
Demo, sales and original deals are good but afterwards beware. Buried deep in the legal terms in the fine print nobody reads and they certainly don't cover with you during sales is the fact that they will not only hold you to the original term while hardware is being paid for but they will auto-renew your contract for a minimum of 12 months every year without notifying you first. If you want to cancel you have to give them 30 days notice and it has to be within a narrow number of days the month prior to the month prior to the contract end date. You must call them and reach your account rep. Cancellation is very difficult. They offer better prices to new customers. But worst of all they auto renew locking you into a minimum 12 month term BUT they can increase your prices anytime they want. So you have no recourse but to pay whatever they decide to charge because if you want to cancel proper to renewal date they charge an early cancellation fee or penalty equal to remaining term. What a racket. Not ethical and I am not sure even legal to change one part of a contract without the other impacted party having the opportunity to refuse it. Do not trust this company. Do not do business with them. Do your research and you will find many customers with the same complaint. Who treats customers that way? In my case I had 5 stations and wanted to turn 3 off. It was then that I found out they auto renew. I have had the service for like 7 years and after reviewing my bill noticed many price changes - and always increases - most not at contract renewal time but 2 or 3 months later when it was too late to cancel. Even when I told them to cancel me now effective at the end of the contract date I was told I had to call back between x and y date or it would not be canceled. Do not do business with them or you will be the next victim. If they increase your cost or their services is poor you can't get away for months or a year if it just renewed.
