Do not use 8x8, not worth the trouble

Where does one start. Their sales process and demo is great but that is where it ends. Three attempts at implementation for a company VoIP system and three failures. Project management is a joke and support is fragmented at best. If you have call center they have one support group and if you have VoIP there is another, one does not know how the other works and you are bounced between support groups for any issue you have. Their support staff is less that knowledgeable with no clue how a VoIP system works. Their management team is even worse with excuses and promises which are never kept.
Don't make the same mistake I made and buy into their great sales and demo process, they cannot deliver. Luckily I was able to fire them from the project early enough and find a professional VoIP company and have a working VoIP and call center system which was professionally implemented.
AVOID 8x8....
