The worst voice and service quality that we have experiened from any phone company we have been with or heard of, and we have been in business for over twenty years. This is the best way to describe 8x8 "horrible". We joined this IP telephone company in 2010 and after one year of nightmare, calls full of static both inbound and outbound, and many many dropped calls and missed calls we terminated their contract. Not knowing that they continued to charge our credit card account for four months after all the numbers were ported to a new telephone company. Their excuse is that we were supposed to call them and cancell even after all the numbers were ported to a new provider. We did the cancellation before the porting had taken place. No where in their termination agreement they state this fact. We are going to a collection agency. MY ADVISE, " DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY PERIOD "
