I went through a 2 month process of picking a VOIP service for my business to save money on our phone system. The best company by far was 8x8 so we decided to get going on the process of switching over from landline to VOIP. Our sales person RAMI NADERI was amazing. So informative! The phones were shipped to us within ONE DAY!
Unfortunately our internet service is too slow to handle the phone system and we tryed all we could without raising our rates at our internet company to keep the phones but it just wouldnt work.
I called to cancel 45 days after we signed up, and was told it was only a 30day money back program and would have to talk to a manager to see if they would be able to waive the fees. I was SWEATING BULLETS coz my boss would kill me with all the time and money I waisted with these phones. The rep called me back in an hour and said they would cancel our service and give us a FULL money back RMA# on the bill and the phones.
I am in AWE at this point that a company would go out of their way like this. As soon as we get a faster internet service i am going back to these guys! Absolutely amazing!
