We hope this review will save any other person or family from losing money over the products sold by this company! They claim to specialise in modified and custom controllers - that look great in the photos BUT they are really expensive AND ours came without 2 of the special features we paid for, then within 2 weeks, the whole controller did not work. Recourse? you might ask. NONE. Customer service did not want to know and said point blank (repeatedly!) that you absolutely have no recourse under any circumstances if you have any problems with a custom controller. EVEN if it did not come as per purchase order. This company is absolutely awful to deal with. An expensive and frustrating exercise in futility. Do not TRUST.
