Dave and Julie Darby of My Web Pilot, LLC were hired in May 09 to rebuild a website for our existing business. They signed a contract with a 6-8 week delivery date. Ten months later they did not complete the site, kept our entire payment of $10,950.00 which they requested in full stating money issues within the company, with a two week completion promise at that point (Sept of 09) They did not refund and kept all business files. DO NOT hire them. Criminal charges were filed in the state of NJ, Theft by Deception and is in litigation and ongoing. If anyone would like further information please contact us. There are many others that they have done this to who are working to get their money and business files back as well.
