DO NOT use this firm, they are very dishonest, they began to charge me without an agreement to a retainer and continued to do so, delivering only a draft Maritial Statement Agreement only and after 4 months and never delivered the final draft even after paying them $1800 they did not deliver anything but a draft from that retainer. They did not return my messages after my first initial visit, Lawyer Diana Delker is extremely hard to get to talk to and when you do she charges you by the minute. After a year SHE decided not to continue to represent me and law offices of james a. rainboldt REFUSED to refund me any money claiming that they it was me who was hard to get a hold of! What about the money I paid? I do not recommend anyone waste their money on this company that has dishonest staff. They deserve to have their license suspended for doing this to the public and getting away with it. I wonder how many innocent people going through a divorce they have done this to also just to take their money. They do not return your phone calls or e-mails, it is impossible to get a straight answer from this company staff. I am a very unhappy customer and hope that no one else trusts them after they took my money and did not do as promised.
