*Important Notice* - How to stop calls from eBrigde
|
My company had been receiving calls from eBridge for several months. I asked the representative every time not to call back. When I would ask the caller to identify themselves they would terminate the call every time. Per eBridge their employees are required to identify themselves upon request. Apparently not all employees follow protocol.
I called Customer Service at eBridge to inquire as to how to stop the calls.
The answer is simple - www.donotcall.gov
This is the only national government registry to stop ALL telemarketing calls. You may receive more, but you can submit complaints (violations) on that site as well.
