This company needs to be drummed out of business by someone with governmental authority asap, whether it be the feds at the FCC or the State Attorney General of the states they operate in. They misrepresent, lie, obfuscate, mislead, steal, and then deny, deny, deny all the negative charges made against them. If you have the time to read all or most of the negative reviews posted, you will see many common threads amongst them all. Why would all of these people on the BBB web site take personal time out of their busy lives to write these scathing reviews if they didn't actually happen exactly as they say? They have absolutely NOTHING to gain by doing so. On the other hand, Ebridge and its owners do have something to gain, money and a LOT of it by doing business in the shady illegal manner they do. What kind of reputable company has 16 different aliases? SIXTEEN! Check their listing on BBB under "Additional Info: Names." Most companies won't change their name even once for fear that they will lose market share and name recognition. A company that conducts legitimate business in a legitimate way values the reputation that they built under that name. Only a company looking to shed its tarnished image changes its name and a company that does business under 16 different monikers is a company to steer clear of. As for getting them to put you on their Do Not Call list? Good luck with that. They promise to do so repeatedly and then keep right on calling, again something that a reputable company DOES NOT DO. The day they cease operations will be a fine day for all the decent people they have harassed and victimized.

We understand that some people may not like telemarketers but this sales methodology and our business processes are 100% legitimate. We do not mislead or steal from anyone at any time during our process.
As we do not directly sell our services, we have authorized resellers to initiate sales calls. This relationship is similar to the one of a particular product being sold at different stores. It seems that the BBB has listed these companies erroneously as one in the same. We cannot control the information listed on the BBB website, we can only respond to claims.
We feel that it is easy to make a misinformed judgment about our company based on a gathered opinion from online postings, most of which written by anonymous authors. No company, no matter how legitimate, is immune from disgruntled individuals misinforming readers with only parts of a full story.
We do not take complaints lightly. In fact, we look into each complaint individually and continually look for ways to improve our process. While we are concerned about the complaints we receive, please consider that the actual complaint ratio for our company is less than half a percent.
Please understand that it is not a chance occurrence that we have been in business for over ten years. As a legitimate telemarketing company, we must adhere to rules and regulations in place to protect consumers. It is clearly evident by the longevity of our business that our normal protocols are fully compliant with federal and state regulations.
