I work for a business with very busy phones and YOUR business calls me at least 3 times per day! When I answer the phone, there is no one there. This is extremely irritating. If I ever get a working number out of this, I will make it my mission to call several times, day after day, just to hang up on you. Bet you wouldn't like that, would you?
We're not interested in what you're offering. After doing an internet search of your company, my instincts were right to not be interested in the first place.
Have you done an internet search on your company??? Have you actually read these reviews??? Aren't you getting tired of defending your company???
After reading your response to several of the complaints, all you do is make excuses. Don't you see that you're irritating people? Your customer service is lacking. No "I'm sorry" or "I'm sorry you feel that way" or "Let us look into this for you". Just excuse after excuse.
You're a sorry excuse for a company, especially for an advertising company. You'd think you'd want to put your best foot forward

As we mentioned previously, we very much would like to look into inquires as we want to better our process. However, anonymous comments in anonymous forums are of no benefit to either party. We apologize for any unwanted calls and are unclear why there is no one on the line when answered. Of course, this is not consistent with our process as we actually want to speak with potential clients in our sales calls. We will need information such as your telephone number and the number from which you received the calls to investigate this claim thoroughly to resolve the issue.
