I wanted to take the time to say a Big Thank You to Julie!
I spend a lot of time on the phone with tech support and customer service reps. Daily.
Quite a few times the people I speak with are at best tired or in a hurry to get me on the phone and then get me off the phone quickly, and they never have my real needs or concerns put to rest. (Customer Service Right!)
Today’s experience was quite different and was greatly appreciated!
You didn’t know it but I had a very busy schedule and didn’t have time to go through the workings we went through today. It was because of you courteous nature and professionalism that I stayed on the phone and pushed through the process.
In my nature, I don’t have a lot of patience with sales support or processes. But I found myself wanting to finish the process to see if your attitude or demeanor would change before we finished.
Well It did!
I was Amazed to find that as you began to understand the needs of my company, a sense of personal enthusiasm was expressed through your questions and suggestions you gave to help me gain the most for my company. I was grieving over the thought of getting all the error listings we have on the internet, but you not only showed me how to do it you did some of them for me until I could do it myself. I was going to have to pay someone to do it instead my office manager can do it. You saved me money. Money I will now spend with your company.
In the past I have been one, to express to the management of companies, when their personal are not representing them properly.
My reason, I tell myself, is that they can’t change things if they do not they need too. In this case there is no change needed!
It’s because of you that I am excited to see what kind of benefits I am going to get by partnering up with your company.
And If the rest of my experiences are like today, then I’m sure it will be well worth the investment!
