I've used Zayer Quality Construction on two occasions now for a home addition/remodeling. I am extremely pleased with the quality of workmanship on our addition/remodel. Ed Zayer, the owner of the company, was always on the jobsite, on time, overseeing all aspects of the remodel. He was available to answer many of my questions as work progressed. He worked within our budget, and was a true professional.
The second "unplanned" remodel was due to a car stiking the side of our house, specifically, the master bedroom and closets. Ed Zayer quickly came out and started repairs on the house. He strengthened the wall by adding a shear wall, bolts to the foundation, extra structural reinforcements and metal straps. When the City Inspector came out to inspect he said Ed went above and beyond what was needed for the house to pass inspection. When I heard that I was relieved. I could now sleep easily at night knowing my house was in better shape than before.
I have a lovely home. I highly recommend Ed Zayer and Zayer Quality Construction.
