Refuses to refund for their own poor shipping practices

Ordered rose floating candles and received them poorly packaged and melted; they were unusable. I had to go to a nearby store to replace them at the last minute. Upon request for a refund for the candles, I was offered a 30% refund and the joy of keeping the melted lumps of wax; or, I could pay to ship them back and pay a restocking fee....for melted candles (which would have me actually paying more than my refund). After several emails, I was only able to receive a refund by escalating the issue with Paypal. Here's the kicker, I was asking for a refund of less than $5. Do not waste your time or money with this company.
