Bad customer service. Trying to get a return phone call is next to impossible. 2nd time I have been put on hold for over 30 minutes. Company wasn't able to help me with my mortgage as my mortgage company wouldn't do a modification. Per the web site a refund should be issued within 10 business days. I was told 4-6 weeks. I am behind on my mortgage now because Brian informed me that I didn't need to pay my mortgage while in the modification process. WRONG! I have 2 over 30 days on my credit and my score dropped almost 100 points. If I had known that I wouldn't have done this program as I was worried about paying the fee because I wasn't late on my payments before and because of the false information I recieved from Brian Fletcher I am in a bad situation. I have now been on hold for 45 minutes and counting. I left a message for the owner Dennis and no return call. Not surprised. The Rep Gene was very nice and did everything he could to help my situation but now that I need my refund it is like pulling teeth. Horrible wouldn't recomend to anyone.
