I started using this product about 4 weeks ago and I am extremely happy with the smooth taste and the ease of use of the XO Cig. There are a good variety of flavors to choose from and the battery is easy to maintain. I know I will be able to stop smoking,
and no longer will have to go outside to smoke if I don't want to. I will continue to use the XO Cig to de-stress in place of a real cigarette. Customer service is friendly and efficient as well.
