I had a repair done at this shop 14 months ago. They fixed some hood damage and repainted. The paint is peeling the work is sub par and I have been trying to get them to take responsibility and make the repairs but I keep getting the runaround.
First they say they cant find the paperwork, then they say they changed their computer system and cant find payment. Then they finally agree to look at the vehicle with out being able to let me know how long the repair will take anybody in the business can tell you how long it will take to repaint the hood of a car.Then they refuse to pay for a rental vehicle while my car is being repaired. The only reason it's there is to fix the substandard work they did to begin with. These people are deceptive, disorganized, extremely rude and difficult to work with and they do lousy work and they do not stand by the work they do.
So do yourself a favor and find another body shop immediately.
