It has been so long now that I dont even remember how we came in contact with this pack of vultures. They have been stringing us along for over 9 months. Every once in a while we would get a phone call or e-mail from Lisa Fahkrai or Atta... "oh, we are just about done, maybe a couple more weeks". We paid them $4500 in two payments, because, As I told them "If I had $4500 I wouldnt need your help." They assured me that they would be able to save us between $400-$700 dollars. they guaranteed it. W received a modification notice from our mortgage company two months ago stating that we would be saving $30.00. We got a letter and a phone call from"WDG" today saying they are closing our file because we have reached a settlement. As soon as we got the mod. notice from the mortgage co. we faxed "ATTA" and she said she would look into it. That was the last we heard from them until today when "LUZ" called and yelled at my wife, calling her a liar and a deadbeat. Now we will look into the way we should have done it in the first place, filling out forms ourselves. look up the Bar Association to find out about a Victims fund.
