I'm pretty sure my daughter & her 3 kids are loosing their home, which I am the co-signer on. The first time I called Goodrich, I talked with Matt Ward, a charming, kind man who assured me, according to my daughter's income and situation, she'd be eligible for a modification. He even gave us an estimate of her new loan payment. We paid then 3570.00 I think, in 3 monthly installments. Then, we were "assigned" to a case manager, ATTIA KHAN. This woman is short tempered, rude, does not return e-mails or phone calls. I have 4 pages of saved e-mails from this law firm. I went back to August, 2011, when we started and clicked on the WDG logo. It now says it can't be found and Happy New Year??? I tried to get to the official site I first visited and got a message that this address is corrupt and could seriously harm my computer! And, I notice the WDG logo is not on more recent e-mails. Anyone know if we can get help for this obvious fraud?
