Very poor service. Service advisors have a poor attitude Non proactive arrogant and egotistic-Went in to get my 02 sensor checked out because my fuel consumption has increased and an oil change-In any event I did purchase a $2500 extended warranty on an 08 vehicle in which i did verify did cover my 02 sensor and they were not able to offer a solid explanation as to why my vehicle has been running "rich" nor did they offer a diagnostic when it was brought to their attention when i signed the service agreement which leads me to beleive "did they change my oil"-my last oil change I left with a rattling noise which was the protective plate underneath the oil filter that wasnt even tightened ? Not sure why I keep coming back to this place. In any event I placed a formal complaint with "Nissan Warrnty dept" (800) 647-7261 and they are assigning a warranty officer to investigate-Not happy about this AT ALL !! Having puchased an 08 vehicle with a 2500.00 extended warranty and having to deal with this "BS" ??? Really ??? is NOT ACCEPTABLE in my book. Someone should seriously think about new management in the Service department or shuttin it down and outsource to a more reliable outfit that seriously care about their clientelle !!!
Words to desricbe: OVERPROMISE-UNDERDELIVER should be their motto
