I purchased a bedroom set in april of 08' for my daughter. I was on a budget and wanted to spend around $1000 for a 5 piece set and mattress. I was able to stay within my budget and received the merchandise about a week after I bought it. There was a crack in the dresser I purchased, and to be honest I was very upset by this at first. Based on an experience I had had in the past with broken furniture. However they ordered a new one and I was able to bring back the damaged one within the week. The last furniture place I went to took 6 weeks to get my original headboard and footboard, and when there was a damaged nightstand, it took them another 3 weeks to replace it. So I was a little relieved when we handled our issue with West Coast Clearance... I've gone back twice since my original purchase and i've been completely satisfied since. The only complaint that I have is that the location is hard to find and it took me two times going there to get it right. Otherwise, I'm a happy camper.
